But that doesn't mean that sometimes I don't have the right to talk to just one person if I that's what I need to do.

We all have the lock, but you also have the Private message system. I don't. Well, I actually do, but I'm never going to use it. And you know why? It's because if I try to write "Private message to Hermione Granger" my journal automatically fills in "and Amycus Carrow." And I won't do it.
